The Basics of Vegetable Gardening

raise your own vegetables from our greenhouse expert Claire Watson, who has

Terry Ettinger, one of our
most beloved local gardening experts, will share his experience regarding
the dos and don’ts of springtime lawn care and landscaping. Don’t forget to bring your mystery
samples, photos and problem descriptions.
There will be plenty of time for questions and answers!

The Living Topiary – The Ultimate Container!
Create
a lush living topiary with your favorite annuals for a full season
enjoyment. Great for a unique
entryway statement, weddings and special events! You will use a durable, 3-piece, reusable

Class cost: $55.00 for clay pot and 12” topiary system. Cost of
plants chosen runs approx. $40.00. You may bring your own clay pot. Please

together…
 
All individuals and families are invited
to bring a bag lunch, book or iPod and relax the winter blues away in our

Please Note: You must pre-register by providing
registration fee of $7.50. This is required since planning for materials and
your working area is necessary. Please note any special requirements for your
class such as a glue gun, wire cutters, rubber gloves, embellishments, etc.
In the event of bad weather (usually wind,
snow/ice), we will contact you to re-schedule your class.
*If groups of three or more are interested in
classes on a specific day/or time,
please
let us know and we will consider your request.
